1. Credit Pack Purchases
All payments for AI try-on credit packs are processed through our payment provider (Waffo/Creem). Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
- Validity Period: Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- No Auto-Renewal: Credit packs do not automatically renew. You purchase credits as needed.
- Within 14 days: Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days: No refunds are provided for unused credits
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact our support team.
- Technical Issues: If our service fails to deliver credits, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate Charges: Duplicate charges will be refunded in full.
- Unused Credits: Refunds for unused credits are considered if requested within 14 days of purchase.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank, your account will be suspended pending resolution.
