WatermarkAI provides tools for detecting and removing watermark characters from digital content, including text, images, and videos. Our service processes content to remove invisible Unicode characters and visible watermarks.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to:

  • Process content you do not have rights to
  • Remove watermarks from copyrighted material without permission
  • Generate spam or malicious content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you process through our service.

Our Technology: Our watermark detection and removal technology is proprietary. You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology.

6. Payment Terms

We offer credit-based pricing plans for access to our service:

  • Credit Packs: Purchases are one-time payments for a set number of processing credits (e.g., Starter Pack with 50 credits at $4.99).
  • Validity: Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Credit packs do not automatically renew. You purchase credits as needed.
  • Refund Policy: All payments for AI try-on credit packs are processed through our payment provider. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis per our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Results may vary depending on content quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WatermarkAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. User Responsibility

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights to process any content
  • Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • The results of using our service
  • Any content processed through your account

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WatermarkAI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
